This a great package for large events whether it for a corporate outing, mineral clubs, educational programs, even special private events such as reunions and weddings, camping.
With this package you get exclusive access to all campsites on the property for up to 2 consecutive days. You can have up to 150 guests.
Other perks:
A dedicated guide: At least one of the owners will be on site and with you both days to go over the various minerals found on the property. We will help guide you on where and how to find things such as Tourmaline, Aquamarine, Garnets, and other minerals. We will guide you around the property if you would like to hike into the valleys or see the slide and step waterfalls.
Exploratory access: Access to areas on the property normally not available to mineral clubs. This areas includes parts of the French Island Mine Prospect that are on our property. "Please note the entrance to the French Island Mine is just outside of our property line and it flooded so that will remain off limits." People in this area will be under the supervision of the property owner and or supervisor. "
Restrooms: Portlets will also be available.
Firepits: We will have woods stacked and ready to go for cozy campfire gatherings. "Please note these are subject to fire restrictions based weather conditions."
BBQ Grill: We will have a flat top Black Stone Grill ready to go for grilling and BBQ
Clean Up: We will provide cleanup and trash removal.
Parking: You will have full access to the main parking lot as well as parking at camp site with parking.
Rock Transportation: We will have 4 wheelers on standby to transport any large minerals or your gear that would otherwise be difficult to carry. "Equipment will be operated by owners of the property"
Material Turn Over: We will provide 1 hours worth of equipment hours to turn over material at request and at requested areas. "For safety reasons the requested area will be off limits while equipment is being moved and in operation" We reserve the right to deny service in a area if we feel it is unsafe for the equipment to work in, to get to the area, would damage the property or create a safety issue" The equipment will be operated by the property owner.
Customization: Within reason we may be able to customize a area to suit your needs. Such as for weddings and seating, move things around and so on. If there is something we may be able to do, please let us know and we will let you know if it is something we a can accommodate.
Liability Insurance: You are responsible for providing liability insurance for your event. We will also have a liability waiver available.
